**Vigilia Residents** is the app for residents of complexes and buildings managed by the Vigilia platform. Connect your unit with the security and management in real time.

**VISITOR CONTROL**

* Authorize visitors in advance so they can enter without delays.

* Create frequent visitors: family members, employees, recurring addresses, etc.

* Receive immediate notification when your visitor arrives at the security desk.

**PACKAGE DELIVERY**

* Be notified instantly when a package arrives at the security desk.

* View the history of packages received and picked up.

**PAYMENTS AND ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE**

* View your account statement and management invoices.

* Pay online with PSE, credit card, or digital wallets, if your complex offers this option.

* Receive payment reminders before the due date.

**COMMON AREA RESERVATIONS**

* Reserve the social room, BBQ area, courts, and other common areas.

* Pay for your reservation with your Vigilia Card balance or attach the receipt.

**COMMUNICATION**

* Receive official communications from the administration.

* Submit and track your complaints, claims, requests, and suggestions (PQRS).

* Participate in surveys and assembly votes from your cell phone.

**SECURITY**

* Emergency button connected to the security gate.

* Virtual intercom: authorize or deny visits via notification.

**IMPORTANT**
This app requires your residential complex to use the Vigilia platform.

Accounts are created by your property management. It is not possible to register directly through the app.
