image to video completely changes the image from 1st frame. a complete waist of time and money. still looking for how i cancel subscription that is required to even test the app use.

I tried to cancel after I couldn't find what I wanted. In order to cancel I needed to go to Account and press cancel. But where is Account button on the website???? This seems like a scam...

I tried to make a video a few times, but I couldn't find it anywhere in the app evwmen though there was a notification that the video is finished .
