It's a great service but it needs to be allowed to set times for privacy and times when its needed. Mine goes off way too much. Right now it has just 30 minute at a time I need from x time to x time. It does its job had a police officer come to the door and they called to see if everyone was okay. Great service worth the piece of mind. Just needs to slow down on how much it goes off. I change batteries way too much.

Service is great. App needs to improve specifically when reviewing historic videos. App 9/10x will freeze and stop responding when scrolling slow or fast.

Signed on early with Deep Sentinel. So far it's holding up to what they have advertised. They keep improving the app and software. Seems to be they are listening to customer feedback, regarding improvements and complaints. You can now block off a chunk of time automatically (privacy setting). The new update seems to help some of the bugs that I was seeing daily. I hope they keep evolving and updating as time goes on. I honestly think it's worth it to me and my family.
