I like the old app much better. This new app does not give any new features, just a new layout that in my opinion is worse. When viewing transactions I have to turn my phone sideways to see where the transaction took place because there is no way to adjust the font and each transaction has a bunch of jiberish at the beginning. Also it now only shows when the transaction clears not when it took place so sometimes it can seem like a fraud charge.

Is OK. * Improvement opportunities exist, compared to similar apps. * Would prefer to use my password. App made me set up a passcode, and now have to remember two numbers. I don't find a setting to set preference for password use. * Camera function for imaging checks for deposit is temperamental. Not as easy, good, or as quick as other similar apps.

Somehow, my card info is being used by someone else and a bunch of fraudulent charges have been made on my acct.I have no idea how this keeps happening, cuz my card info has changed each time I get a new 1 bcu0z of this, and it is very infuriating! Idk if it's a bank emplyee who has access to my acct info, if its a merchant or emplyee from somewhere Invernes made an online purchase, or if the bank was hacked, and my account info was obtained that way...Idk, but I definitely want/need it to STOP!
