About this app

Your shifts. Your tips. Your money.

ProTip365 helps servers and bartenders keep track of tipped work, with a simple interface inspired by our new website.

GET STARTED
Add your jobs, hourly rates and usual shift times. Give each job a colour so your schedule is easy to read. No account or employer connection required.

LOG A SHIFT
Enter your hours, unpaid break, cash tips and card tips. Add a share received from the pool only if it is not already included, then subtract tips given to coworkers. See your net tips before saving. Sales and notes are optional.

CHECK YOUR MONEY
See weekly, monthly and yearly net tips. Compare jobs, set a weekly tip goal and view average earnings per hour. Net tips are shown separately from wages; hourly earnings include wages and tips before deductions.

PLAN YOUR SCHEDULE
Keep upcoming shifts in a colour-coded calendar, including shifts that finish after midnight. Choose when your week starts and enable an optional end-of-shift reminder.

KEEP YOUR RECORDS
Create a PDF tip statement for your employer, a year summary or a CSV export of your shifts. Save a backup file and restore it when changing phones. Your records stay on your device unless you choose to share or export them.

FRENCH AND ENGLISH
Switch between French and English in the app.

PRICING
Try ProTip365 free for 30 days. After the trial, choose a monthly subscription or a one-time lifetime unlock. Purchase prices and terms are shown in Google Play before you pay.

ProTip365 is a personal record of your shifts and earnings. It does not run payroll, calculate taxes or submit documents for you. Check your records before sharing them with an employer.
