Ratings and reviews

Asks for a phone number but doesn't give anywhere to put one in. If the expectation is that a phone number is added on the online account that should be specified. As it stands I am unable to use the app past the login page. I can't in good faith recommend this app to anyone. I hope this is addressed but I've already set up a second bank account at another bank that I hope to move to soon.

Oddly I think this app really does deserve 5 stars. Easy to navigate and use. One suggestion would be the display of 'available balance' and 'current balance' for a mortgage. iOS app displays a little different to Android's so my partner and I sometimes need to pause and think about what we are looking at. Otherwise this app is Defence Bank's best asset in my opinion

Hi guys. I have been a member of Defence Bank for over 40 years. i find their service has always been great, reliable and very astute when it comes to uncharacteristic transactions and they are always quick to alert me to them. The problem I seem to be having though is being able to download the app onto my new desktop. I already have the app on my phone but I would like to know if there is a different app that I can download onto my desktop computer.
