app is a complete waste of time. Have this and the blue light card, and neither app works. The discounts are sometimes just a waste of time too though, either the same discouns available to anyone or not really worth it, as a lot of the discounts are for the stuff you never want or need. Uninstall, reinstall, no improvement. Wont even load.

whilst online discounts are good and welcome. There appears to be very few in-store discounts, especially for clothing. while a lot of stores have the on-line option. It's preferable to be in a store to try on clothing or footwear. See and feel the quality which can't be emulated through a screen on a phone etc.

Extremely unhelpful and they keep insisting my query has been resolved even though they have yet to answer my question 😟 completely and utterly incompetent organisation. Now the codes that you get cannot be accessed through the app wallet. It amazes me how this app gets more and more unreliable and unusable. I think a 2 year old could make a better app than this current team. I won't be renewing ever again once this runs out. Offers are rubbish, I can get better discounts from anywhere else.
