About this app

SPARSH is an integrated online system for all the stakeholders including pensioners. It provides for initiation of pension claims, processing and sanctioning of pension entitlements and disbursement of pension directly into beneficiaries bank accounts. Dedicated pension portal is available to each Pensioner to access documents, raise and track grievance/ service request, annual identification, saving declaration etc. SPARSH excels in transforming an otherwise complex process into simple one wherein all pension related services can be availed by defence pensioners at their doorsteps via portal, mobile app, service centre or call centre.

Doesn't work reliably!! 😕 Have tried to reset my password/unlock account option several times in the past. But it keeps saying "invalid otp" even though I have typed the OTP correctly each time. Now it says that "site is under maintainence". But there is no definite timeline provided as to when it will come out of that. This app needs some serious overhaul.

Worst app and worst site. Since last more than 6 months, on launching the app pop-up window prompts 'New Update Available.' On clicking the 'Update' soft-button, I'm directed to Play Store with no other option than 'Uninstall' & 'Open'. So, this worrysome bug results in the app being of no use. And the online site redirects to change the password repeatedly, which is allowed once a day. Ridiculous app developer/ designing team, like most of other govt online portals.

I don't understand why it is not opening after update of new version. The last version was very user friendly and basically very useful to download the pension slip without any hassle. Since it is very serious concern regarding the receipt of update of new version suddenly. Please rectify the technical issue at the earliest so that we can download our pension slip. An early action is solicited please.
