What you’ll do:

Common tasks may include drawing bounding boxes around objects in pictures, identifying key people, places, and things in text, and transcribing snippets of recorded audio (among many other things!)

What you’ll get paid:

Payment varies depending on the task, but Neevo Contributors average $10-15/per hour (usually working in 10-15 minute chunks of time).

How your work is used:

To understand the world around them, A.I. models rely on human annotators to teach them what’s what. That’s where you come in. As a Neevo contributor, your work helps top tech companies launch new products, fight algorithmic bias, and fine-tune some of the most widely-used technology in the world to run just a little smoother than before.

Ratings and reviews

The app seems to not work. It can't intercept links for jobs. So then you use the website where the text box is terrible, constantly deleting and repeating text. More than that it's nearly a scam. The "test" can be very complex. I had ten pieces that were highly inaccurate and I fixed over 30 minutes (I think they can't handle British Northern accents etc.) and then they say wrong, do it again. If you do that enough times your get a LOT of free work processed. As low as 3c a job if you make it!

While using it on a desktop, tasks like 600$ projects are shown, and I can complete them on my laptop. But when it comes to my mobile, the browser redirects the job to the Neevo app and the app says "We are all out of jobs". This is a fantastic platform, but the app fails to show and let you do the work. It is not always easy to take a laptop everywhere.

Now that Facebook log in was finally available, I was excited to use Neevo on the go. However, the app turns my phone into a brick. The jobs work fine but after every task it tells me that my connection is bad (I tried WiFi and mobile data and both were fine with other apps just not Neevo). But the worse part is, that when I leave the app my phone doesn't respond anymore. I had to restart my phone completely. After I opened and closed it again the same error appeard. I had to uninstall it...
