Access Definitiv makes your work life easier by integrating everything work related into a single easy-to-use app.

As an employee, you can manage your leave, timesheets, availability, emergency contacts & view your payslips, annual statements, banking details & roster.

As a manager, you can manage your teams via approvals, team availability, rosters, leave & timesheet management.

This app will only function in conjunction with the online Access Definitiv Payroll system as an extension.

Definitiv on Web broken. The costings boxes are smaller, and don't scroll very well. As local government uses a large number of codes you need to show as many codes as possible. This is why I prefer to do my timesheet on a large screen desktop. When scrolling 1 by 1 using the down arrow on screen, the box only shows the number of lines in the box, it then has a habit of jumping back to the start. Even if you hold the arrow down it stops short of the end of the list. It was better before.

Password reset doesn't work 100% of the time. Frustrating when I've no choice about using.

There is no option to view a summary of your timesheets for the pay period. You need to go to every individual day
