Our new software and mobile application has been designed for vehicle dealerships to conduct electronic vehicle inspections upon receipt of a vehicle, enabling them to either accept its condition or raise an exception through the app. Its user led and guided system drastically speeds up and assists the claims handling process and the system can interface into claims handling or internal systems.

Our systems and apps can interface into third party claims handling software and internal systems of OEMs for seamless access and integration. We offer multiple integration points via. application programming interfacing and restful web services, for simple connectivity to client and third-party systems.

Currently we support Samsung and Zebra devices on v10 and above.

Has not worked in 5 months, keep trying to submit and all it does is give the circle of death after imputing transit co. Fix the app!!! Do not recommend.. update: 4-14-2026 still inop, still gives false vin numbers when scanning any of the available stickers, that's when it will scan any of them. 20 minutes each vehicle before you can get one to scan wrong! every app updated on phone, degould Uninstaller an re-installed. absolute pile of garbage "still".

When it works it's great.. but that's not very often.. app will kick you out ask for login, password, 4 digit pin you scan vin start your process then kicks you out again having to start all over.. multiple times very frustrating.. also asks you to make a new password all the time that's none sence.. there is no need to make a new password or to have to log in multiple times.. when it's cold it's slow or doesn't work at all.. the codes don't match our carriers codes.. very frustrating

The app has been ok(typical issues) but now the camera has switched to landscape instead of portrait, so everytime I try to use the in app camera it's distorted on screen. This makes taking and noting damages VERY difficult. I have tried clearing data, re downloading data, and re downloading the app but nothing works. It's also only been for the last few days. I also read that this issue has happened before. Please fix this!
