used to work well-ish, but since this autumn they keep rolling out buggy version. in the last version I cannot go past the "location permission" pop-up, it s stuck there and I can't charge. Customer Support doesn't help either. Sad. waiting for the fix, i was so close to getting a subscription...

Stopped the charging session in the app but charging continues. The connector was locked in my car and impoaaible to unlock. Support phone 0800 is not available dialing in roaming.

Despite the upgrade this is a shambles of an app to use. Like so many Greek e-products and apps, perhaps it will work, perhaps it won't. Customer service is non-existent and half the plugs at the airport in Athens don't work. But they only tell you about ten minutes after you've plugged in and left. Frustrating, annoying and simply a waste of time.
