Built for the people who deliver Rinso's laundry and vehicle-care services every day, the app brings your attendance, daily wash schedule, bookings, and team management into a single, fast, reliable workspace.

BUILT FOR RINSO FIELD TEAMS

Rinso Partner is designed exclusively for servicemen, field staff, and supervisors working with Rinso. It is not a consumer app — customers should use the Rinso customer app to book services.

WHAT YOU CAN DO IN A TYPICAL DAY

1. Open the app and check in for your shift.
2. Review your assigned washes and bookings for the day.
3. Navigate to customer locations and complete each job.
4. Mark washes as done and add any required notes.
5. Check out at the end of your shift.
6. Supervisors can review team attendance, manage staff, and track progress any time.

PERMISSIONS

• Location — used to verify on-site presence during check-in and while completing assigned jobs.
• Notifications — used to alert you about new assignments, schedule changes, and important updates from your supervisor.
• Camera / Storage (where applicable) — used to capture job-related proof such as photos when required.

All permissions are requested only when needed and are used strictly for work-related functionality.

PRIVACY AND SECURITY

Your credentials are stored securely using encrypted device storage. Communication with Rinso services happens over HTTPS. The app does not sell your data and only collects information required to run the service assigned to you.
