Deily brings together tasks, calendar, notes, habits, studies, meals and expenses. What you log is saved instantly on your phone and syncs with your account when you're online.
Your day, in order
• A Today screen with four blocks and a button to add things fast.
• Tasks with priority, due date and reminder.
• Calendar with categories, location and alerts, plus an optional one-way copy to a calendar on your phone.
• Projects, companies, time tracking, a focus timer and subjects with their assignments.
Notes
• Rich-text notes, organized into notebooks.
• Open a PDF, draw on it and share it. PDFs aren't synced.
Habits and food
• Habits with frequency, target and a reminder at the time you pick.
• Meals, calories, macros, exercise and water, with a barcode scanner.
• AI photo (with Pro or the Assistant add-on): estimates calories and macros from your plate. With your consent, the image goes to a third-party AI provider; Deily doesn't keep it.
Money
• Income and expenses, recurring ones included, in several currencies with no conversion.
• Savings goals, a chart and CSV export.
Pet
• Start with one pet and unlock up to seven. Each finished task earns in-game coins for its shop; they can't be bought or exchanged for money.
Together
• A private connection with just one person, via a code valid for 24 hours.
• The other person sees the name you pick (never your email) and your pet with its room. Everything else is off by default; you choose what to share: water, habits, tasks or money goals.
• Gestures, mini-games, a weekly challenge and shared notes. Needs a connection.
Assistant
• Ask about your day, in English or Spanish. It only reads the areas you allow (none at first) and never changes your data.
• Needs a connection: your questions and data from those areas go to a third-party AI provider.
Focus without distractions
• Optional, Android 14+. During the timer's focus intervals, opening an app on its fixed list (social media, video and some chat apps) shows a focus screen and sends you to the home screen. Calls, texts, the browser and other apps work as usual.
• Blocking ends when time is up or when you stop it. It's not a lock or parental controls, just a pause to think twice.
And also
• Reminders, a morning summary and Do not disturb hours.
• Seven widgets and a lock screen panel.
• Four themes, light and dark. The app is in English and Spanish; legal pages are in Spanish.
Deily Pro
Without paying, you get every module with limits: 2 projects, 1 company, 2 notebooks, 4 habits and 4 subjects, plus 10 welcome questions for the Assistant, one time only.
• Pro (monthly or yearly): none of those limits, 200 questions a month and AI photo.
• Lifetime (one-time purchase): removes those limits; no monthly questions or AI photo.
• Assistant add-on (monthly, for Lifetime owners only): 200 questions a month and AI photo.
Each AI photo counts as one question. If you cancel Pro, you keep what you already created.
Privacy
• No ads and no in-house usage analytics.
• We don't sell your data or use your content to train AI.
• You sign in with the “Sign in with Google” button (needs internet).
• Request account deletion in Settings or at https://deily.app/borrar
Notices
• Deily is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. It gives no advice of a medical, nutritional or financial nature. AI gives estimates and can make mistakes.
• Focus blocking uses the “Usage access” and “Appear on top” permissions, which you grant manually, and does not store or send a record of the apps you use.
• In Together, you can cut the connection without the other person's approval, while online: “Stop sharing with…” in Settings, or the row that says “Cuts the whole link” in Together. Sharing stops both ways right away; the other phone deletes its copy the next time it's opened online. To reconnect, you'd have to give them another code or enter theirs.
Tasks, calendar, habits, notes and expenses in one place. No ads.
