I purchased 4 of their cameras to cover each side of our home. When the app works, the app works well. However, there is still quite a few issues when using an SD card. Random dropouts and errors when trying to watch events. Sometimes the cameras freeze when watching live. Purchased a brand new $200 mesh wifi system to make sure it wasn't my connection. It helped but didn't eliminate issues. They offer a cloud service but I feel if they can't make it work with SD why would I pay monthly?

This camera app got even worse after the last update! Preview pics show up when they want to but mostly no! Sometimes not even playing back from the beginning so when you want to save the video for the police they don't get it all! What good are cameras if you can't get the bad guys! The app for the PC has to be run through the Blue Stacks Android App and that sucks too! Reo Link was better than this!!!

Good picture. Good night vision. Top notch customer service. They try their best to help out. 3 stars is because I would like to be able to view cameras on something else besides mobile app. Also seen lots of reviews complaining about wifi connectivity, remote viewing etc. Had same issues. It's not the camera, it's your wifi connection. Maybe too restricted. Tried on a couple non restricted wifi networks. Worked flawlessly every time.
