What happened to the view when you click on viewing current camera with phone. At far right, screen has now shrunk and you now see more black screen when you put your phone horizontally. Before, you were able to see almost the full screen on the cell phone. This happened right after the new Update. What's the use of commenting, if you don't answer back the REVIEWS about any resolution.

Camera's are absolute junk. Will never return to it's original view after re-setting multiple times. will no longer pan saying "it's at the edge" after not moving it and having a larger field of view with no issues the first fee days. The saying is true, you get what you pay for. No customer service, I just want my money back at this point.

I purchased 4 of their cameras to cover each side of our home. When the app works, the app works well. However, there is still quite a few issues when using an SD card. Random dropouts and errors when trying to watch events. Sometimes the cameras freeze when watching live. Purchased a brand new $200 mesh wifi system to make sure it wasn't my connection. It helped but didn't eliminate issues. They offer a cloud service but I feel if they can't make it work with SD why would I pay monthly?
