I purchased 4 of their cameras to cover each side of our home. When the app works, the app works well. However, there is still quite a few issues when using an SD card. Random dropouts and errors when trying to watch events. Sometimes the cameras freeze when watching live. Purchased a brand new $200 mesh wifi system to make sure it wasn't my connection. It helped but didn't eliminate issues. They offer a cloud service but I feel if they can't make it work with SD why would I pay monthly?

This camera app got even worse after the last update! Preview pics show up when they want to but mostly no! Sometimes not even playing back from the beginning so when you want to save the video for the police they don't get it all! What good are cameras if you can't get the bad guys! The app for the PC has to be run through the Blue Stacks Android App and that sucks too! Reo Link was better than this!!!

I obviously have not had the same issues as other reviewers. The quality is great, multiple setting for deter, night light, alarms, etc. etc. I have 4 of these set up and they all work great, I have my yard covered front and back. I like the fact that I can easily share the link s that my wife or kids can also monitor the property. I love the fact that it is a WIFI setup and no matter where I am in town I can go on a check the cameras. So far very happy with it.
