Onboarding & Verification
To maintain service quality and safety, delivery partners must complete a structured onboarding process before accessing the app:

Watch mandatory online training videos
Submit personal details
Upload required documents for verification
Choose delivery bag and T-shirt size
Complete OTP-based mobile verification
Pay a one-time registration fee

Access to delivery features is enabled only after successful admin verification.

Delivery & Work Management
Once approved, delivery partners can:
Receive and manage delivery tasks
Navigate to pickup and drop locations
Track delivery status in real time
Communicate for operational purposes

Payments & Earnings
Earnings are transferred securely to registered bank accounts
