Ratings and reviews

The app chokes many times when ordering, when sending codes to your phone. I have had to order from my laptop instead of my phone because of these issues. I have had to restart my phone, de-install the app and reinstall, and also found that all of the codes were going into the spam folder. The app is easy enough to use and order but can be unpredictable sometimes.

Tried this app today. Here are some thoughts PROs: * Discounted rates * Good all around collection of restaurants if not all available on other apps * Fast delivery (got delivery in 20 mins vs 45 min) SHOULD IMPROVE: * App does not show cart unless you select a restaurant. Add item in cart and close the app, open again but could not see cart until a particular restaurant was opened * Does not show the realtime delivery status. * Search can improve. does not currently take incomplete words

Worst experience I've ever had using an app before in my life!! my girlfriend and I ordered food through here a couple months back late night and first of all the food never came and we never received a refund after they told us that they were refunding us the money we spent which was almost $40 for one pizza!! The app is a total lost cause and doesn't work at all! It was supposed to send me a verification code so I could even be able to use the app but it would never be sent or received!
