About this app

Hatlena Delivery is the courier app for riders working with Hatlena, the food,
grocery, pharmacy and parcel delivery platform in Egypt.

This app is for registered Hatlena riders only. You need an account issued by
Hatlena to sign in — it is not a general-purpose app and there is nothing to use
without an account.

ORDERS COME TO YOU
• Orders are assigned automatically to the nearest available rider — no racing
anyone to accept them
• A clear order card with the store, the customer, the address and what to collect
• Step-by-step flow: heading to the store, order being prepared, picked up,
delivered

BUILT AROUND THE ROUTE
• Map-first home screen showing your active orders
• One tap to navigate to the store, then to the customer
• Mark when the store starts preparing, so you are not left waiting unaccounted for

CASH AND EARNINGS
• See exactly what to collect from the customer and what to pay the store

• Follow your earnings and payouts in the app

YOU CONTROL YOUR SHIFT
• Go online when you want work, offline when you are done
• Set your current order as your last one to stop receiving new work and finish
your shift cleanly
• Delivery confirmation and OTP verification where required

• Chat with the customer or the store about an order

LOCATION
While you are online, the app uses your location — including in the background —
so orders can be assigned to the nearest rider and customers can follow their
delivery on the map. Location is not collected when you are offline or signed out.
