The customer Care in charge of my order Jennifer was really helpful but the delivery didn't happen.i had to cancel,but I'm yet to see my refund in my wallet. Dellyman refund my wallet Update,they refunded me,only it took more than a week for the whole process
Book a delivery using dellyman by 9:30am, and I was given the estimated to be 11:30am of same day. At 2 p.m., the rider called to say they can no longer be able to deliver. Huuuh! I was passed because at this time, it was already late to change to another company because of the time bound. This company and their app have no service reputation. They will disappoint unapologetically. This isn't the first time, so it's not isolated. If there is anything like minus star( -☆), they deserve that.
