Konto is a shared finance app built for two. A couples expense tracker that lets you manage money together without giving up your own view of it. Track shared expenses and bills in one place, stay in sync, and end the back-and-forth about who paid for what.
No bank connection required. You add transactions yourself, so Konto never asks for your bank login and never touches your accounts. Your financial data stays yours.
SHARING IS FREE
- Create up to ten shared spaces — a household, a trip, a flat — and invite your partner or roommates. Joining someone else's space is unlimited and always free.
- Everyone in a space sees every shared expense and income entry, so you are both looking at the same numbers.
- See exactly who paid what each month, including anything paid from a joint account. That part costs nothing.
- Recurring transactions for rent, subscriptions and regular bills are free too, in every space.

- Your personal space stays separate and private, with your own income and spending.
- Share one account — a joint checking account, or the card you buy the groceries with — into a shared space, and what you spend on it there counts in both places.

BUDGETS AND INSIGHTS
- Set monthly budgets on categories you create, each with its own icon and colour.
- Monthly insights show what you spent per category and how that sits against your limits.
- A six-month trend chart per category shows where the money actually goes over time.
- Clear totals for income, expenses and net balance in any month.
- Unlimited transactions and full history, from day one, at no cost.
KONTO PRO
Pro is for the extras, never for the basics:
- Balances and settle-up. Konto works out each person's share, shows who owes whom across every month, and lets you record paying each other back. Konto does not move money — it keeps the record straight.
- Share costs evenly, or by percentages you set, like 60/40 by income.
- Savings goals, on your own or shared with a space, that tell you whether you are on pace.
- Receipt scanning. Photograph a receipt and Konto fills in the amount, date and merchant.
- Say it, or type it. Speak "groceries forty five at Costco", or type a note, and Konto turns it into a transaction for you to check.
One subscription covers the space. If any member of a shared space has Pro, the Pro features work there for everyone in it — nobody needs a second subscription.
