Ratings and reviews

Simply looked at the new security options and suddenly by default it forces me to confirm every tiny purchase. Its extremely overbearing even after adjusting those settings and just when you think you've fixed it, you get blocked from buying something like concert tickets. You can respond YES all you like, it never releases the sale and you better hope you don't lose whatever you're paying for in that time.

Can't even create an account. Constant "unexpected error" popups block every attempt to continue, and if you humour it for long enough, it blocks you out and tells you that you've reached the maximum amount of attempts, and looking online, this isn't a new issue. Don't waste your time with this, it's a step below bad.

Worst banking app I've ever had the displeasure of using. Constant api failure when trying to access my debit card. Haven't been able to access my debit card to lock it in 2 weeks. No app update available. I tried to uninstall and reinstall. NOTHING WORKS. Guess what? My CHIME/Cashapp app works great. I will be leaving this bank due to idiots who can't properly optimize an app.
