DeloVed is an app for clients of the law firm handling your personal bankruptcy procedure. It answers the key question of the procedure: "What's happening with my case right now and what do you need from me?"
Access is granted by your lawyer. Self-registration is not supported: login using your phone number and password, which you receive from the company after signing the agreement.
WHAT'S INSIDE
Home — a single-screen view of the case status: the current stage of the procedure and how many stages
have been completed, what requires your attention, the next payment, the latest developments in the case,
answers to questions about your stage.
My Case — a complete timeline of the procedure: where you've been, where you are, and what's ahead.
Court details, appointed financial manager, stage deadlines.
Documents — a list of documents requested by the lawyer, with an explanation of why each is needed and the upload deadline. The file is sent directly from your phone; you can see whether the document has been accepted or rejected and why.
Payments — installment schedule, payment history, next payment due.
Chat — correspondence with your lawyer, you can attach a file.
Also — a knowledge base with answers to common fears, instructions and a complaint template for debt collectors, a call log, the "Help a Loved One" program, and a profile.
Notifications arrive when something changes in the case: a lawyer has written, requested, or accepted a document, or the case has moved to a new stage.
HONESTLY ABOUT THE MAIN THING
The app does not provide exact dates because it is beyond the company's control—court hearings are scheduled by the court. The timeframe for the procedure is approximate, and progress is shown in terms of completed stages, not percentages. The app is not legal advice and does not provide financial services: your company handles the legal work, and the app displays its progress.
