I received an email from Delta that I need to switch to this app to continue using my Delta faucet with VoiceIQ. When I select "get started" and select the Gen 1 VoiceIQ module, it says you can't use the app, and it only works through the old web interface. Why would Delta tell me to switch if I can't? Useless. UPDATE: It seems a firmware update and an app update now supports Gen 1 faucets. It works now. Thank you!

We’re sorry for the frustration during setup. The app now supports VoiceIQ 1 faucets, so you should be able to complete the setup directly. The Voice IQ module will not go into setup mode, only blinks green and red alternating. will not reset so I can log it back in even though my internet says it's connected the light will never go into setup mode flashing green. every time my internet gets shut off and then comes back on this device is the only one that doesn't reconnect and I have to get a new voice IQ module from Delta every time

The app is confusing, especially when you are first trying to set yourself up with it. There are two separate sign-ups required. But the app does not explain this properly and has poor wording that leads to confusion. I was eventually able to figure it all out but I can see how others that are not tech savvy would have a very hard time.
