DeltaSchool is a school management app that brings admins, teachers, and parents onto one platform — built specifically for schools in India.

WHY DELTASCHOOL

Managing a school means juggling attendance registers, fee collection, and constant back-and-forth communication with parents. DeltaSchool brings these into a single, secure app with role-based access for every stakeholder.

FOR SCHOOL ADMINS
- Manage student and staff profiles from one dashboard
- Track fee collection across UPI, cash, and bank payments — with a full, immutable audit trail
- Approve or reject payment submissions with admin PIN verification
- Set up classes, sections, and academic years
- Post school-wide announcements and manage the class feed
- Review and approve student/staff profile change requests

FOR TEACHERS & FACULTY
- Access class feeds to post homework, announcements, and updates
- View and manage curriculum and timetables
- Stay connected with school administration

FOR STUDENTS & PARENTS
- Log in securely to view fee balances, breakdowns, and payment history
- Share payment receipts directly from UPI apps (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Stay updated through the class feed — announcements, homework, and school posts
- Track outstanding fees and make payments through your own UPI app, then confirm in DeltaSchool

BUILT FOR TRUST & SECURITY
- Every school's data is isolated at the database level — one school can never access another's data
- All financial transactions are immutable once recorded, with full approval audit trails
- Role-based access is enforced on our servers, not just in the app — a student can never reach admin or faculty functions
- No student-to-student direct messaging anywhere in the app
- All data encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Compliant with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDP Act, 2023)
