Decision Tiles helps you compare real-world choices with a clear, repeatable method instead of relying only on gut feeling.
Create a decision, add the options you are considering, define what matters, and give each weighted criterion an importance from 1 to 10. Score each option from 0 to 10 and see a normalized weighted ranking that can be reproduced directly from your inputs.
Use hard constraints for true pass/fail requirements. A failed hard constraint can disqualify an option without being hidden inside the weighted score. Missing scores remain visibly missing rather than being treated as zero.
Explore sensitivity by temporarily changing one criterion weight to see whether the ranking changes. Review the strongest positive and negative contributors, keep separate pros, cons, and context notes, and save criteria sets as reusable templates.
Decision Tiles is local-first and works offline. It does not require an account, cloud service, analytics, ads, or a subscription. You can export a human-readable Markdown decision summary or use the Android system file picker to create and restore local JSON backups. Imported backups are added as copies with new identifiers so existing decisions are not silently overwritten.
Useful for comparing purchases, apartments, jobs, courses, travel choices, furniture, vehicles, and other decisions where trade-offs matter.
Compare options with weighted criteria, constraints, and transparent scores.
