With the quantity checker, DENIOS has combined over 100 pages of legal text from 3 sets of rules* in one practical tool. You don't have to go through pages and pages of rules, you can simply use the DENIOS quantity checker!

The quantity checker is therefore a practical helper to increase safety for the environment and users.

The quantity checker supports you with the following questions:
* The amount you are allowed to keep outside of a warehouse beyond staging
* The quantity limit up to which you are allowed to store in a safety cabinet
* The quantity limit above which you need a specially designed warehouse
* The storage class of the substance group in order to be able to directly check legally compliant storage with other substances in accordance with TRGS 510**

The safety-compliant storage of the substances used in the company depends not only on individual substance properties, but also on the quantities used. The legislature has therefore set a quantity threshold for each substance group, which can, among other things, affect the permissible storage location in the company. Specifically, this means: Depending on how much is being stored, storage outside or in a safety cabinet may be permitted. However, above a certain limit, a specially designed warehouse is required. In order to determine the correct quantity limits for each substance, it was previously necessary to read the legal regulations at length. This is how the DENIOS quantity checker works:
1. Select whether your substance group is a solid, a liquid, an aerosol or a gas.
2. Set the appropriate substance classification on the turntable (indication in H phrases according to GHS, OP groups according to DGUV regulation 13 or storage groups according to 2. SprengV)***
3. Done! You can read the quantity limits and the storage class!

Important information:
All general protective measures in accordance with TRGS 510, TRGS 741 and 2. SprengV must be adhered to for all forms of storage, regardless of quantity thresholds! This also includes the unconditional and sensible minimization of the amounts of substances that are used, provided or stored outside of cupboards or warehouses (in accordance with common sense).
