I have been a subscriber for over 10 years. Having move overseas, the only way I can receive my copies is digitally. As of the end of March, the digital provider was changed and I found out that only iphone users can receive the magazine. As I only have android reading over the phone was not an option. Until a week ago I could still read on my laptop. That too has been cut off. I will now be contacting them to refund the balance of my subscription funds.

EDIT they were finally able to fix the problem. I can login with my account now. \EDIT I have the same problem everyone else has been having. A recent app upgrade has made me unable to login to my account. Customer service has been less than useless on fixing this issue. I have been a borderline religious reader of The Week since 2009, but now I'm about to call Customer Service (again) and ask for a full refund. This is beyond unacceptable.

I downloaded the app because it looks like you aren't posting the magazine issues on the website anymore. The only reason I accessed the magazine via the website was to print the puzzle page. However, I don't see a way to print from the app. Very disappointed. Please either implement that functionality in the app, or go back to posting the issues on the website.
