About this app

DennyVend Operator is the staff companion app for the DennyVend self-service and vending platform. It lets operators and service staff quickly verify a customer's purchased services and mark them as used directly at the point of service.

Sign in with your operator account, scan the customer's QR code or ticket, and instantly see which services they are entitled to — one-time services and active subscriptions alike. Confirm and redeem a service in a couple of taps, with clear on-screen feedback for every action.

WHO IS IT FOR

This app is intended for authorised DennyVend operators, attendants, and service staff. An operator account is required to sign in; it is not a consumer app and has no public sign-up.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Log in with the operator credentials provided by your organisation.
2. Open the scanner and scan the customer's QR code or ticket.
3. Review the customer's available services.
4. Select a service and confirm to redeem it.
5. The customer's balance updates immediately.

PERMISSIONS

• Camera — used only to scan QR codes and barcodes for customer and service identification.

DennyVend Operator works hand-in-hand with the DennyVend / DennyPay back office to keep service redemption fast, accurate, and accountable.
