About this app

The app calculates the best times for you to sleep and the best times for you to wake up! It is based on sleep cycles of 90 minutes and calculates backwards. Waking up during a sleep cycle can make you feel tired, but waking after a cycle can make you feel more refreshed!

The SET ALARM permission is needed for the app to open your alarm application if you wish to set an alarm at a given time.
Easily see at which times you should sleep and at which times you should wake up

I'm not sure exactly what happened, and it's still five stars from me, but when the app was rebuilt, something seemed to change with the Sleep Cycle calculations from the previous version. I'm not even sure what it was, and it seemed to be pretty imperceptible, but in the time since that change, I have had mostly poor results where the timing was previously perfect. Recently, I changed the Sleep Cycle calculation from 90 minutes to 89 minutes and that has worked a lot better.

There is a bug where if your system is set to 24hr format and you set an alarm from this app, it doesn't set alarms correctly. For example, it's 19:30 system time and I set an alarm for 9:15 pm (1hr 30m sleep) in the app, it will set an alarm for 09:15 (9:15am) and not 21:15 (9:30pm). Update after reporting the bug over 3 years ago, it still exists.

I fixed it, it was updated on v0.7.2, but apparently not on every phone. My phone is also set to 24h format but when I try to reproduce it, it does work. So it might be device-specific?

best app ever. no ads, no forcing you to rate (I searched it up just so I can rate this) and very accurate. I also just realized that you can click on the time and it will automatically set an alarm. I've been using this for over a year now and I've only realized that now XD. I found out about this on tumblr and used the site online and at one point I decided to check if there was an offline app of this and sure enough there is. I love the simplicity. I absolutely love this. Highly recommended.
