About this app

ATC KE is the digital workspace for air traffic controllers and aerodrome operations staff. It replaces paper watch logs, scattered spreadsheets, and WhatsApp groups with a single, secure place to run a shift — from sign-on to handover.

Built around the daily realities of a control tower or approach unit, ATC KE combines watch logs, occurrence reporting, rostering, training, and an AI assistant in one offline-capable app.

Key Features

Watch Handover
Conduct location-verified shift handovers with the incoming controller. Capture traffic state, equipment status, NOTAMs, and outstanding items. Supports local arrangements and decision confirmation.

Chronological Watch Log
Keep a live, time-stamped logbook of every event during your watch — from frequency changes to operational notes. Entries are searchable and exportable.

Safety & Occurrence Reporting
Complete structured forms for bird strikes, crash alarms, runway inspections, incident reports, and general safety occurrences. Photo evidence uploads reliably in the background, even on weak networks.

Equipment Serviceability
Log unserviceable equipment, track restoration, and maintain a clean audit trail for engineering and quality assurance.

View your personal roster, unit shift pattern, and upcoming duties at a glance.

Rating & Medical Reminders
Set automatic reminders for Class 1 medical, English language proficiency, and ATC rating proficiency renewals — so you never miss a revalidation date.

AI Assistant

Access is granted to authorised staff only.

Permissions
Location — required to verify the position of a watch handover at the operational position.
Notifications — used for shift, certificate, and broadcast alerts.
Microphone — optional, for voice input to the AI assistant.
Camera/Photos — optional, to attach evidence to occurrence reports.
