The only response I received was from an automated bot posed as a live dentist (it made me wait a few hours to receive a response, as if it came from a real person), and the only thing it had to offer was to suggest I make a new appointment with a local dentist to have my questions answered then and there. Nothing but a worthless and misleading money scheme! So annoying
