I like making deposits anytime with the camera and having next morning availability. Also transfer amounts easily between checking savings or make loan payments. Well this used to be true.... then I did a massage, got paid and transferred it to the bank. it never got there. reported it, heard back after 5 days and submitted the 8nfo requested. heard back from two other people who requested the same info. sent it and have not heard back. don't think you can talk to a live person just bots.

The app is intuitive and attractive with useful credit rating info right on the dash. The dashboard is easy to customize. The 'new' app is super easy to use. It retains all functions from before and even adds some new useful tools without being cluttered.

It's under construction, except all the workers are on strike--since day one! One day, credentials work, next day, they don't. Try a couple more times and you get locked out until you call cust service, only during bankers' hours. Nobody pays attention to the app OR its numerous one star reviews. What happens is, someone goes to a convention, learns "everyone has an app," returns and designates someone to come up with an app. It's slapped together, then forgotten. THIS, is THAT app.
