The entire show, any time we tried to use the in-app ordering feature for both food/drink and merch, it would just say "No event active" and take us to an error screen. Sounds like from other reviews the order feature isn't worth it anyways, so I guess we didn't miss much, but it's such a waste to make us download an entire app when the only useful function of it doesn't even work.

The app doesn't work. I ordered and went to pick up my order at the designated bar, only to be told I needed some QR code, that was never texted to me. Why the f*"" give me a confirmation code to show the bartender if you are only going to steal my money. Also, the mobile order pickup line is not dedicated. They serve the everyone...and you will wait longer than if you stood in line in the first place.

Nice app that is well organized, however the android version did not let me purchase tickets for a concert. I got to select the tickets, click checkout, but then a 5 minute timer started with no ability to move forward with entering credit card information. Luckily my partner had an iphone and the iOS version let them buy our tickets, but this was a frustrating experience with a critical part of the app.
