DepthGaze™ is a live camera viewer for water. Hold your phone above
the surface, looking down — and DepthGaze cuts glare, restores
colour, and lifts contrast that the water normally swallows. What
you see in the viewfinder IS the enhanced view of what's beneath.

is attenuated without crushing other highlights
• Restores colour at depth — water absorbs red light first, leaving
everything cyan-blue. DepthGaze reverses the math, returning
subjects toward their actual colours
• Lifts subsurface contrast — texture and edges that wash out in
raw camera output come through

WHAT DEPTHGAZE IS NOT
• Not a depth gauge, sonar, or measurement tool
• Not a navigation or safety device
• Not designed for submerged use — the phone stays above the surface
• The Structure Map shows zones, not numeric depths
• Never make safety-critical decisions (entering water, diving,
anchoring, navigating) based on what the app shows
• Not magic for muddy water — DepthGaze enhances what's already there,
it doesn't reveal what isn't. Best in clear and lightly-tinted water.
If you can't see the bottom through the surface with your own eyes,
DepthGaze can't either. Heavily silted, post-storm, or peat-stained
water limits how deep the app can usefully process. Physics has
limits.

PRIVACY
All image processing happens on your phone. Camera frames are never
uploaded or shared. No analytics SDKs. No telemetry. No ad trackers.
No accounts. We run no servers for the app; it sends us nothing. Its
only network activity: the Play Store's check of whether your account
owns Pro, and — only if you turn on Save Location With Photos — a
coarsened place-name lookup. That toggle is off by default.
