Derax offers NFC-based app locking and unlocking services designed to help users establish a "digital detox ritual" through physical interaction, thereby improving focus and mental health.

【Important Permissions: Accessibility Service】

To implement the "NFC swipe lock/unlock" function, Derax requires the Android Accessibility Service.

• Purpose: This service listens for NFC tag signals and manages interactions between apps after successful verification to enable the locking or unlocking of specific apps.

• Privacy and Security: All data within the Derax app is stored locally. The Accessibility Service is used only for local NFC verification and functionality; it does not read sensitive screen content or upload any data to a server.

• How it Works: This service is only triggered when you actively perform an NFC swipe to unlock or lock an app. It does not run secretly in the background and does not interfere with your normal phone use.

• Necessity: Due to Android's security restrictions, ordinary apps cannot directly manage the state of other apps. Therefore, accessibility services are needed to automate this functionality.

You can manage or disable this permission at any time in your phone's Settings > Accessibility.
