Ratings and reviews

Exchange is good. Mobile app is terrible and doesn't work. Keep getting "allowed request rate has been exceeded" errors. Something is seriously wrong with the app because I am not even logged into my account anywhere else. As a result, I cannot trade on the app at all and have to do all of my trading on a computer.

Mainly a good app but with a few issues. First, they have to pack a lot of info onto the Market tab, on my phone it's difficult to read, I think if you had one of the larger phones it would be ok. My other issue is that any orders I place just disappear after 20 minutes if they are not executed; because of this I can only use it for tracking my open positions, I cannot create new ones or close existing ones. Hopefully an update is in the pipeline.

Try filling a sieve with water. For those of us that don’t have unlimited data, that's what using this app is like. It’s as if the x50 applies to data usage as well as leverage. Insane data drain. Effectively unusable. It devours 500 megabytes over the course of 2 - 3 days. At first I thought my service provider was scamming me. Fix that, and I'd be happy to give it four stars.
