Hello I just purchased this for lifetime, I attached an audio to an image, but when I'm trying to save the file it says "Something went wrong, please try again later" what should I do?

Great app but the ads takes too long to finish and when you merge videos it'll cut the videos screen size , it'll only appear half on the screen,I love full screen videos
