Easily see customer history, current and upcoming work orders, track time, and more! FieldEdge makes the customer experience better than ever. Take pictures of the problem issue and show the customer. Use our customized Pricebook (complete with pictures) to easily pull the parts into an invoice and provide customer with good, better, best options. Simply complete the order by taking payment in the field and have all the expenses flow right into your accounting software – no more double entry when technicians return to the office!

Work Order Features
· View service dispatches & work order information.
· View and edit customer contact information.
· Give the office real-time status updates with time tracking.
· Use mapping and routing, & turn-by-turn driving directions.
· View customer account, service history, equipment, saved documents & service maintenance agreement information.
· Add and edit customer equipment in account record or dispatch.
· Add pictures from device camera and gallery to customer record.

Quote and Invoicing Features
· Present a complete quote to your customer with images of quoted parts and equipment
· Provide “Good-Better-Best” options to customers with the ability accept or reject items with the final price adjusting accordingly. Rejected items are saved in the customer account, allowing you to review these items on future visits.
· Create, view, and email service quotes & invoices.
· Process payments & prepayments, including PCI compliant credit card processing.

Once you learn how to navigate past the bugs and glitches, it works fine a third of the time. The keyboard gets stuck on the screen, forcing me to close the app and relaunch. Sometimes, it'll do it multiple times on the same ticket. Work summary won't attach to the invoice. Traveling/Working status will update for me but not the office. Invoices will show up blank on the office side. If you try and bring problems to customer service, they blame your internet connection. Don't waste your time.

Clunky and over complicated, it's like the app has been made unnecessarily complicated to make it seem super advanced or something. Not user friendly at all. Edit... The app has gotten consistently worse. I use it on both Android and iPad and both are equally awful. Doesn't sync, loses quotes, doesn't communicate with the office, and doesn't hold signatures or prices if your signal is any less than full bars. We are switching over to Service Titan at the end of the month and I can't wait.

The program is fine for the majority of my companies needs. Like most it has issues. The biggest problem is the Mobil version. It constantly crashes, stops working at random or will change settings on at random. There are times it will randomly leave technicians without ability to even see the prices in our price book or even certain items that were previously accessible. It usually takes multiple attempts at deleting, updating, installing the program for the features to return.

We’ve updated the app to improve your experience. Changes include adding support for commas as a decimal point, restoring the ability to edit assembly sub-item descriptions, and other bug fixes. Stay tuned for more updates coming in the new year!
