the app generally functions and that's about the best I can say for it. the account alerts simply don't happen. I've signed up for alerts to tell me when my balance gets under a certain threshold, I've also turned on alerts to tell me every time a transaction goes through. I rarely if ever get any of these alerts, or I will get 10 of them in a row when I log into the app. on top of that it asks me to verify my device every few days even though it's the same device on the same network.

The app used to work great, but for a while now it hasn't. Especially now, it's become so troublesome. I have 1 device I use to check 2 accounts. I've saved my device many times but it keeps telling me to save the device when I try to log in. Then when I type in the same name I've used before, it tells me that that device is saved. But it keeps putting me through the code process nearly every time I log in. I check both accounts daily. It has never been this bad before. The app is up to date.

The Impressionist
I love this bank so far, and I love all the features it provides. The issue I'm having is that for some reason, the Zelle portion of the app is a huge pain to deal with. I open the Zelle tab and select 'Send' only to see an endless loading screen. I've had to tell people to send me a request to fulfill just to send them money because it almost never allows me to select a recipient from my end due to an infinite loading screen. If this isn't an app-wide issue, why is it happening to me?
