Great feeder. Took a minute to figure out the proper feeding for two cats. Since it's was a dual feeder, I thought I was calculating per cat, instead 1 cup per day was actually 1/2 cup per cat per day. I love that you can figure out the amount and number of feedings (up to six) that works best for your fur babies. It's been really nice being able to take an overnight trip or maybe a weekend, without having to board my babies. I would highly recommend this product.

All my devices are constantly going offline. And the only way to reconnect them to the app is unplugging and pulling out the batteries then clearing the cache and uninstalling and reinstalling the app before reconnecting the devices to power. This happens 3 or 4 times a week. I'm relying on these to feed my pets!!!! I spent $800 total and am one outage away from demanding my money back. This is ridiculous. My house is filled with wifi enabled devices and these are the only ones that don't work.

I have the granary feeder. The feeding schedule does not reset for the next day. I have to use the app to toggle each feeding time for the next day. Is there a way to get it to feed the next day without my intervention? ,....... Thanks for the quick help. Turns out the repeat buttons are hidden below and unseen unless you scroll down to see them. I wish that was spelled out in the user guide. I changed my rating to 4 stars due the quick response they provided.

We've updated the app to improve the experience for Polar Wet Feeder users.

What's new:
1. Could set the feeding duration to be between 1 minute to 4 hours.
2. Could automatically repeat the schedule.
3. Could open the lid immediately when the feeding plan is in the preparing status.
