Real Estate Asset Management Co. (REAM) was incorporated in 1993 as Kuwaiti shareholding closed company with a capital of KD 1 million. In view of its business development and the shareholders desire to expand its activities on the local and gulf levels, the Company’s capital has been increased to KD 10,450,000. Since its incorporation, the Company has built on strong foundations of the long experience of its board of directors’ members in all fields and activities of the Company in addition to professionalism gained by the executive staff of the Company. Consequently, the Company has witnessed remarkable growth and development of its business and has become one of the largest pioneer real estate companies in the local market. This is reflected in the development of the Company’s business and performance as well as its profits throughout the previous period since its incorporation until now despite of the difficult financial crises which plagued the whole world and hit the GCC countries in general and the State of Kuwait in particular. Despite of these difficult challenges, the Company has not saved any effort to provide the best services to its clients whether in the State of Kuwait or UAE through its branch located in UAE. This fact has attracted some of the most outstanding clients to the Company being in the forefront of the competitor companies.
REAM is managing several real estate portfolios of its clients in addition to its own real estate properties in Kuwait and UAE. In terms of the management of these portfolios, the Company depends on professionalism using the best practice policy. These portfolios include about 500 real estate properties of different types and uses smart buildings, shopping malls, commercial complexes, investment/residential properties, industrial plots. Tenants of the units of these properties are about 8200 tenants.
