Buggy. Very very buggy. Need to pull up info on a ticket? Better hope you're not in a hurry because you'll have to sign in again despite using it moments before. Want to go back a page? Better hope you're not using gesture navigation or guess what? You'll sign yourself out. Really wish you hadn't killed the old layout and app. So glad I've only got to put up with this for a few more weeks

Can you add the option to merge tickets from the app itself? I raised this question a couple of months ago, and was told that it would be submitted to the developers. Just want to get a sense if this on your radar, and if so when can we expect to see the merge option on the app.

Why can't the app remember the helpfesk URL? Who do I have to enter it every time? This makes the app frustrating rather than convenient to use.
