About this app

Deskponto is the employee app for electronic time tracking and monitoring of work hours.

IMPORTANT: Access to Deskponto is provided by your employer. It is not possible to create an account through the app. If you don't yet have a login, contact HR or your manager.

TIME TRACKING
Record your arrival, break, and departure times directly from your mobile phone. The system records the date, time, and location, and your company can define an authorized area for recording.

YOUR WORK HOURS ALWAYS AT HAND
Consult your time sheet for the period, view hours worked, overtime, lateness, and absences, and track your time bank balance.

DIGITAL TIME SHEET
Sign your time sheet through the app, with the signature displayed on the screen.

MANAGER REQUESTS
Forgot to clock in? Report any missing hours. Need to justify a lateness or absence? Open a request, attach the medical certificate or document, and track your manager's response.

VACATION
Check your periods and request vacation.

NOTICES AND REMINDERS
Receive reminders when you miss a clocking in or out for the day and notifications when your manager responds to your requests.

ABOUT PERMISSIONS
- Location: used only when you clock in or out, to verify the location of the clocking. The application does not track your location in the background.

- Camera and photos: used only when you choose to attach a medical certificate or document.

- Notifications: used for clocking reminders and responses to your requests.
