About this app

VetLog is a private daily log for veterans and the family members who care
for them. Built by a disabled veteran for veterans and caregiver families.

FOR FAMILY CAREGIVERS
Record the care you give, day by day. Log each activity of daily living
(bathing, dressing, eating, moving around and more), supervision and
instruction in a couple of taps, with the time it took and a short note.
Before a VA caregiver assessment, reassessment or appeal, make a clear PDF
that organizes your notes: a 14-day assessment-prep report laid out by
activity, or any date range you choose.

FOR VETERANS
My journal is a personal health journal. Take about 30 seconds a day to note
how each condition affected you: symptom severity, flare-ups, missed work or
activities, sleep and how your medications worked. Bring a dated summary of
your own notes to appointments, or a one-page appointment summary for a doctor
or a Veterans Service Officer.
