Record notes and photos, review, complete, or cancel work orders while in the field and upload to MAINTelligence for a seamless process with WorkMT: A cutting-edge mobile application designed to enhance your field operations by integrating seamlessly with MAINTelligence.

Whether you’re on-site or on the go, WorkMT empowers you to manage and progress work orders effortlessly without needing direct access to MAINTelligence. All work order changes recorded in WorkMT in disconnected environments can be uploaded once back in Wi-Fi connectivity.

STREAMLINED WORKFLOW FOR INCREASED PRODUCTIVITY
Designed for users that have MAINTelligence; review, complete, cancel, make remarks, collect notes and photos using WorkMT. Once completed, all data is seamlessly transmitted to SAP or other ERP systems through the MAINTelligence SAP or Workflow interface.

ENHANCED FEATURES FOR A COMPLETE PICTURE
WorkMT features include a work history for target equipment, as well as images and documents such as schematics or safety information associated with the work order. It also displays essential details—identifiers, asset information, scheduling dates, instructions, lockout notes, and job steps—ensuring that all the crucial information you need is readily accessible whenever you need it.

WorkMT™ Features:

• Have access to job-related instructions, documents, and images while in the field.
• Record notes, photos, and videos while performing or reviewing the job.
• Review and add work order comments.
• Send recorded information to your MAINTelligence ERP system.
• Complete or cancel MAINTelligence work orders while out in the field.
• View current work for assets.

WorkMT Work Order Display Includes:
• Assets and scheduling
• Current progress
• Instruction notes
• Procedures if machinery lockout is required
• Step-by-step information with time estimates
• Images for visual assistance
• Available documents such as diagrams, manuals, or data sheets

Recorded Work Order Field Data:
• Editable notes for commenting on work done, observations, operational status, or other applicable information
• Photos or video recording of work with optional remarks
• Photos can be annotated or edited in the field using the built-in photo/image editor

Progressing Work Orders:
• Work orders can be reviewed, completed or canceled while in the field utilizing the same processes as MAINTelligence
• Record remarks each time a review or posting of a work order occurs

Other Capabilities:
• Provide a quick status overview of work performed, in progress, or planned for the work order to help determine if a work order has been newly created, modified or needs to be uploaded
• Versatile filtering and searching of work orders
• In conjunction with MAINTelligence, the captured notes and photos/videos can be sent to external CMMS/ERP systems

Note: WorkMT requires MAINTelligence 5.8 or newer.

What’s new

• Added a new Documents (Edit) page that allows editing and uploading of attached AcroForm based PDF’s.
• PDF's can be marked as read-only to be used as templates for copying and editing.
• Non-AcroForm PDF's will be viewable.
• Fixed problem loading photo remarks after work order page was loaded.
