I've changed the batteries 3 times already and the lock says it only has 2 bars. I use the batteries on other devices and they work fine. There is no refresh button for it or anything of that sort. I already replaced the lock once, so I'm thinking it is a device flaw or the app just sucks. When it works, it works but it is too much of a hassle to unscrew everything to reconnect the system.

Love it, works great. The only criticism I have is the motor could be stronger. if you have a door that is close fitting it can have a hard time locking or unlocking. However that might be a a thing with my door and over all l really like the product. my favourite feature is the updates I get whenever anyone opens or closes the lock.
