I've changed the batteries 3 times already and the lock says it only has 2 bars. I use the batteries on other devices and they work fine. There is no refresh button for it or anything of that sort. I already replaced the lock once, so I'm thinking it is a device flaw or the app just sucks. When it works, it works but it is too much of a hassle to unscrew everything to reconnect the system.

company is friendly, but this app and the hardware are just not it. having to log in every time to use the unlock is silly. the battery lasts about 4 weeks. it's just not worth the time and hassle. I would have spent the little extra for a better brand. but the customer service is very responsive. have to give credit for that for sure

Last week I purchased the model D110 plus. It is less expensive than most smart locks and there are many positive reviews. My observation is that the lock is built solid. It comes with all the hardware. It has many features that make it desirable. The installation was straight forward. I had a problem pairing it with my wi-fi because of the weak signal. I solved this issue by rebooting my router and reinstalling the software. I also purchased a wi-fi extender which made all the difference.
