company is friendly, but this app and the hardware are just not it. having to log in every time to use the unlock is silly. the battery lasts about 4 weeks. it's just not worth the time and hassle. I would have spent the little extra for a better brand. but the customer service is very responsive. have to give credit for that for sure

I've changed the batteries 3 times already and the lock says it only has 2 bars. I use the batteries on other devices and they work fine. There is no refresh button for it or anything of that sort. I already replaced the lock once, so I'm thinking it is a device flaw or the app just sucks. When it works, it works but it is too much of a hassle to unscrew everything to reconnect the system.

Awful experience so far. Won't stay logged in, can't use Google home since said invalid password, and every 6 hours I have to log back in again. This is useless. Shame it looks too be well designed and thought it. Too bad it doesn't work. Not a positive experience at all with this company so far.
