Couldn't make it past the sign up process. Kept crashing update: Dec 2020 I have changed my rating to 3 star because I am very impressed the developer has created fixes and went to the effort to let me know. Unfortunately when I tried to sign into the app, my email and password are not recognized so I won't be able to test the new waters.

The app has some great functions, however there are quite a few issues which are quite frustrating. I have signed up for Premium membership and am unable to sign up for live notifications, which is said to be included but doesn't work. I have also noticed a significant amount of lag time when trying to add plants to 'My Care' or add and remove from my 'Favourites' at which my point the app freezes and becomes unresponsive. Am hoping that future fixes will alleviate these issues as this is one of the better plant management apps out there.

Unusable as it crashes every time I try to add a plant, location or do anything. I have to close it down and reopen it every time. It won't allow you to add a plant that isn't in their database so one plant I have, can't be added at all. I've given up with it now as the constant freezing and "not responding" message is too damn annoying.
