Mobile application "Itilium+" (beta)
We are glad to present you the beta version of the Itilium+ mobile application and invite you to take part in its testing.
The mobile application is developed for Service Desk engineers. Relevant for specialists with a traveling nature of work. The main functionality is managing work orders without being tied to a workplace.
The mobile application works in conjunction with the Itilium system version 4.6.1.3 and higher and 1C Itilium version 1.0.1.1 and higher.
Attention! We want to make the Itilium+Native application the most convenient tool for Service Desk engineers. And we count on your expert assistance. The beta version is a platform for testing a new, more convenient application interface. We invite experienced users to take part in testing and look forward to your feedback - both about what you like and about errors and problems. The response can be sent directly through the application menu or by email info@itilium.ru

— Management of your outfits received from the “big” Itilium system
— Create an outfit directly in the application
- View and change outfit
— Creating and attaching files and photos to the outfit
— Working with unassigned work orders of your work group
— Coordination of requests on work issues
— Chat communication on requests from the work order document
— Recording the fact of completion of work
Additional application features (subject to Internet connection)
Directly from the application, you can access documentation for the Itilium system (activation instructions, user manual, administrator guide, YouTube channel Itilium, etc.), as well as contact support and send your feedback regarding the quality of work of Itilium+Native "
