About this app

WorkHub is an advanced system for managing work and shift schedules: the most comprehensive solution for multi-branch organizations that want to achieve operational peace and order. The application works seamlessly on the phone and in the browser, in full Hebrew and with multilingual support that includes Arabic, English, Russian and Amharic.

Building a work schedule
Built-in assignment assistant: The system analyzes all of the organization's data — employee availability constraints, required manpower standards and labor laws — and offers a complete work schedule in seconds.

Enforcement of iron rules: Automatically maintaining rest hours between shifts, according to the Working and Rest Hours Law, and preventing overloading of employees. An organization manager defines his organization's assignment rules himself.

Built-in personal assistant: Identifies the user's role and provides precise guidance based on the screen he is on.

Hierarchical structure and organizational control
Hierarchy with 7 management levels: Full control from the level of the system founder and group managers of organizations, to branch managers and employees.

Individual permission management: Over 15 different permissions for sub-managers, allowing precise control over employee management, editing arrangements and exposure to salary data.

Fast switching between branches: Senior managers jump between the organization's branches and receive a real-time status picture.

Real-time communication and availability
Notifications in the app and email: Automatic updates on work arrangement publication, shift change approvals, emergency messages and reminders to submit constraints - in the language of each employee's device.

Constraints and vacation management: Employees submit availability preferences and vacation requests directly from the app, with full synchronization with the arrangement builder.

Secure shift switching: A fully digital process that includes conflict checking and manager approval.

Operational tools and reports
Replacement and gap filling page: Dedicated interface for fast operational management and real-time schedule changes.

Professional reports: Generate branded salary summaries to Excel and detailed reports to PDF.

Automatic license tracking: Notifications about the validity of driver's, weapon and training licenses sent 30 days in advance. An organization that does not need this module can turn it off.

Information security and privacy
Rigid data protection: Complete separation between organizations at the database level, and protection of user privacy.

Account deletion from the app: Any user can delete their account on the My Profile screen, with a full explanation of what was deleted and what was saved.

Digital signatures: Support for signing documents and licenses within the system.

Soldier data protection: Hiding sensitive details in contact lists for employees defined as soldiers.

WorkHub was developed by AfikCraft (Afik Ben Behar) as a custom development to the highest technological standards, on React and Node.js. The system is designed to give you peace of mind in managing your organization.
