this game is so fun, but it's impossible to pass levels without buying help. it needs to have ways to pass without a purchase. I have played it endlessly. each hotel needs gems to do upgrades. by the time I wait for more lives, earn one gem at a time, then wait days to build up enough to earn another gem, it would take a week or more to pass one level. I've played way too many similar games, like diner dash (played since 2008), to know it can be made to win without taking weeks per level.

the game was fun until I got to like level 15 in the 1st hotel. I wasn't making enough money from customers and got stuck there. Need more gems to purchase an upgrade and it's basically impossible to get gems without paying. This game is very focused on having you purchase gems. I've played the same level like 30 times now so I can watch an ad and earn a gem every 6-7 ad I watch.....

The game can be fun, but it gets exhausting when you're not allowed to pass a level unless you upgrade, and EVERY upgrade requires coins AND diamonds that you clearly have to pay actual cash for the diamonds. You only get coins during gameplay. After level 26, its impossible to pass any level without these stupid upgrades where you need to pay actual money just to get diamonds to pass. Don't install game if you're not prepared to pay out of pocket.
